Most products come standard with a transferable limited 3 years warranty, provided that the products have been installed, maintained and operated properly. The Harmar warranty applies to any product sold buy a authorized Harmar distributor or dealer for a period of three (3) years from the date of retail purchase, excluding labor cost, paint, batteries and covers.
This warranty covers all products against defects in material, mechanical and electrical component parts. Harmar or KUMOPRO Nederland BV will not, in any circumstances, be liable for the loss of the use of its products or loss in time. This warranty becomes null and void if the product has been lost or failure as a result of accidents, misused and/or neglected, abuse, shipping damage, modifications or repairs made by anyone other than a Harmar employee or authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover defects in vehicles on wich Harmar products are installed or defects in Harmar products caused by defects in any part of the vehicle upon which the product is installed. This warranty does not cover maintenance or adjustments. Harmar or KUMOPRO Nederland is never responsible for any physical damage or injuries caused by using their products.
The warranty certificate must be filled in completely and must be mailed or faxed back to KUMOPRO Nederland BV within 10 days after purchase to be in effect.
